This Privacy Policy is designed to provide information about the Content collected and uploaded from Clients to VideoDone Platform. By accepting Company’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Condition by registering on our Platform, User consent to upload, collection, storage, use and disclosure of his/her personal information as described in below VideoDone Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction

Hereinafter Company describes its activities, including its websites, platforms, landing pages, dedicated websites as its Service for end Users. In this policy, “Company” refers to SIA “VideoDone” and its affiliates, which shall mean subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures and other corporate entities under common ownership.

In case when VideoDone offers User to access our Service from a third party site (landing page, partner’s web page or a social networking site such as Instagram, Facebook or or others) User may also be required to read through and accept this Privacy Policy along with Terms and Conditions.

2. Methods of collecting information

During interactions between Users and Platform, VideoDone may collect information about Users in an of the following ways:

2.1 General way

When User uses the Service, Company collects and stores certain information that was provided directly or through registering with the help of Social Networks or via other third party services (or websites through which User accessed the Service). This, the Company could also collect information about User’s and interaction with other users and the Service. The bulk of this information is collected and stored through the use of Log Files, which are files on VideoDone’s web servers that record actions taken in our Platform.

2.2. Communications Features

Users are able to take part in certain activities on our Service that gives the opportunity to communicate or share information not just with Company, but also with other users. These may include posting comments about Pre-view Project and sharing them with other Project collaborators (friends)

We may record and store archives of these communications on Company’s servers to protect the safety and wellbeing of our users and Company’s rights and property in connection with the service and Projects. By creating an account on VideoDone platform User acknowledges and consents to the recording and storage of such communications for mentioned purposes.

2.3. Cookies and Automated Information Collection

Cookies are small files that are created in your web browser when you visit any of our websites.

2.4. Other Sources

We may collect or receive information from other sources including other users who choose to upload their email contacts; and third party information providers. This information may be used to supplement User’s profile and to help User and its friends connect, and may be combined with other information we collect.

3. Types of collected Information

While interacting with the Service through Video Done platform or any Company VideoDone’s affiliate partner-owned website User is expected to provide different types of personal information.

3.1. Registration Information

During the registration on VideoDone platform User may be required to provide the following information

  • E-mail address
  • Password

or any other information that helps VideoDone to confirm that User is accessing your account. Furthermore, future releases of the Platform may include such sensitive information as gender; biographic details; links to your profiles on various social networks.

Every User receives an ID number that is granted by Company and used to identify User’s profile. VideoDone is also offering on its Platform the ability to import invite friends to collaborate in a Project by manually entering their e-mail addresses.

3.2. Billing and Payment Information

Currently, in order to receive payments for the Services, VideoDone uses third party payment processing service – Swipe ( In order to pay for the Services according to chosen plan (, User must have access to his/her credit card details or other billing information needed for making a transaction. The Company do not have any access to Users’ payment information, including any credit card details and is not responsible in any way for information security received by third party payment service provider. 3.3. Support Correspondence

When User contacts the customer support, VideoDone may collect and store the contact information you provide (name, telephone number and e-mail address), information about User’s activity on the Service, and its user ID number, if any. VideoDone is also collecting and storing the correspondence and any information contained within.

3.4. Notifications

VideoDone is always working on its platform in order to make our to improve its Services. Future versions of Company’s software may include the ability to sign up for push notifications (including SMS notifications) sent directly to your mobile or any other devices in order to provide updates and other relevant messages. Company may receive and store the information you provide, including Users’ telephone numbers.

3.5. Technical and Usage Information

When User access the Service, Company may collect certain technical information about mobile device or computer system, including:

  • MAC Address, IP Address
  • Mobile device ID
  • Statistics about your interactions with the Platform and Services.

This information is collected through the use of server log files or web log files (may sometimes be collectively referred to as “Log Files”), mobile device software development kits and tracking technologies like browser cookies and could be analyze certain types of technical information. Some of the cookies are linked to your user ID number(s).

4. How We Use the Information We Collect

In order to provide Users with the best experience, VideoDone may use collected information in the following ways:

  • To create accounts and allow use of VideoDone’s Services
  • To enable user-to-editor communications during Projects
  • To provide technical support and respond to Users’ inquiries
  • To prevent fraud or potentially illegal activities
  • To deliver marketing activities (including target advertising)
  • To notify users about Project updates and others.

If User have provided his/her e-mail address to Company, we’ll use it to respond to customer support inquiries. Some messages, such as invites to friends, may include User’s name and profile picture. Company may also send promotional e-mail messages directly or in partnership with parties other than Company.

5. Sharing of Users’ Information

VideoDone may share your personal information with parties other than Company, under the following circumstances:

5.1 Third Party Service Providers and Editors

Company may provide User information to other third party companies to perform services on VideoDone’s behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, e-mail delivery, hosting services, customer service and to assist us in our marketing efforts. Company direct all third party service providers to maintain the confidentiality of the information disclosed to hem and to not use your information for any purpose other than to provide services on Company’s behalf.

Third party site, platform or service operators, such as Amazon, Apple, Facebook or Google, may collect, or require that we provide, your information relating to the Services. Any information made available to such third parties will be used by them in accordance with their own privacy policies.

User may be required to consent to, and be fully bound by, those third party privacy policies in order to access, purchase or otherwise use Services through those third parties’ sites, platforms or services. 5.2. Advertising of Third Party Products and Services

VideoDone has a right to share aggregated information and certain technical information (including IP Addresses, MAC Addresses for mobile devices and mobile device IDs) to develop and deliver targeted advertising in the Service and on the websites of third parties. Additionally, VideoDone may also allow advertisers to collect these types of information within the Service and they may share it with Company. Advertisers may collect this information through the use of tracking technologies like browser cookies and web beacons. The information collected may be used to offer targeted ad-selection and delivery in order to personalize user experience by ensuring that advertisements for products and services User see will appeal to it, a practice known as behavioral advertising, and to undertake web analytics (i.e. to analyze traffic and other end user activity to improve your experience).

In some cases VideoDone may ask if User would like to share its content with the third party getting a discount in return. This materials could be use for promotional and marketing purposes only.

5.3. Safety and Security

User information, and the contents of all of your online communications (including without limitation chat text, voice communications, IP addresses and User’s personal information) may be accessed and monitored as necessary to provide the Service and may be disclosed in following scenarios:

  • When VideoDone has a good faith belief that we are required to disclose the information in response to legal process (example: a court order, search warrant or subpoena);
  • To satisfy any applicable laws or regulations of Latvian Republic
  • Where VideoDone believes that the Service is being used in the commission of a crime, including to report such criminal activity or to exchange information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction
  • When VideoDone has a good faith belief that there is an emergency that poses a threat to the health and/or safety of User, another person or the public generally
  • In order to protect the rights or property of Company, including to enforce our Terms of Service.

5.4. Sale or Merger

In the event that VideoDone undergoes a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, Company may transfer all of User’s information, including personal information, to the successor organization in such transition. VideoDone will seek to notify all of its Users through an update to our website or Terms and Conditions or this Privacy Policy of an aforementioned business transition involving a transfer of User’s personal information.

5.5. With User’s Consent

VideoDone may share User’s information, including Сontent, when Videodone have User’s consent to do so.

5.6. Joint Marketing and Promotional Activities

VideoDone may engage with third parties to provide joint marketing promotions. If User’s sign up for Services and agree to participate in any such promotional activities, VideoDone may share personal information with such third party and that third party may store and/or use this information, including, but not limited to User’s name and video content, in accordance with their own privacy policy. VideoDone do not control the use, disclosure or security of User’s information by such third parties and recommend that User review their respective privacy policies.

6. Deleting VideoDone Account

In case when User no longer want Company to make active use of his/her information it should write to In order to fasten the process please place “Delete My Account” in the subject line in combination with first name, last name, e-mail address and user ID number. Please note that certain records will may be retained for legal and accounting purposes. If User have sent or uploaded any Content on the Platform, VideoDone may not be able to delete it. Additionally, any information shared on scorial networks may be retained even after VideoDone have deleted it from our servers. 7. Opting Out of VideoDone Promo Communications

User may choose to opt out of receiving additional promotional e-mails from Company by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in any such e-mail. Please note that once the request is received, it may take an additional period of time for User’s opt-out to become effective.

Please note that if User opt-out of our Promotional Communications, VideoDone may still e-mail or communicate from time to time if any information has to be provided or requested.

8. Video Done Children Policies

VideoDone Service is not intended for children under the age of 14 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from such children. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to use VideoDone Platform, Websites or any affiliated online sources at any time without first obtaining their parent or legal guardian’s permission

9. International Operations

As part of our international operations, VideoDone may transfer data (including Users Content) to its Affiliates in order to optimize business processes. Affiliates shall mean: Subsidiaries, Parent Companies, Licensees, Joint venture partners, and other corporate entities under common ownership or third party partners which provide data storage services (Amazon Server, Google Drive, Dropbox).

For uploading process, technical and business processes optimization Company may store Personal Information, Content and other on its own or third party servers located in different countries. Personal data collected within the Platform is stored in European Economic Area (“EEA”) but may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside EEA for technical and business process optimization. The data VideoDone holds may also be processed by employees operating outside of the EEA who work for Company’s Affiliates or for one of Company vendors. This information may also be engaged in, among other things, the processing of transactions and payment details, the provision of support services. By registering the account on VideoDone Platform and using the Services, User agrees to this transfers, storing or processing conditions.

10. Privacy Policies of Linked Sites and Advertisers

Company websites and Services may contain advertisements from companies other than VideoDone that may link to their own websites. VideoDone is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. In case of any questions about how these other websites use VideoDone’s Users information, please review their policies and contact them directly.

11. Security of User’s Information

Company implements reasonable security measures to protect the security of Users information, and committed to the protection of customer information.

For user accounts registered directly with Company, profile information is protected by the password each member uses to access their online account. It is important that User protect and maintain the security of his/her account and immediately notify VideoDone of any unauthorized use of its account.

In case where User forgets the password to his/her account, the Website allows to request password reset. When User is signing into account or going through payment process (such as entering a credit card data), that transmission is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (“SSL”).

While VideoDone takes reasonable precautions against possible security breaches of the Platform (including: databases, Content and historical records), no website or Internet transmission is completely secure, and Company cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur.

12. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

Company may make material changes to our Privacy Policy at any time by posting them on the Platform: VideoDone Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy will indicate the date it was last updated, and the changes will take effect immediately after publishing. It is User’s responsibility to check periodically for updates.

User’s continued use of the Service will signify his/her acceptance of any changes to the Privacy Policy.

13. Disputes or Discrepancies

Any disputes or discrepancies between the Parties related to or proceeding from the agreement are subject to the compulsory pre-trial settlement procedure between the parties by means of presenting claims and holding negotiations with participation of representatives of the parties.

If no agreement is reached between the parties about settling a dispute within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the day of raising a claim which should be sent to, all disputes and disagreements that are arising between the parties shall be considered by the court of the Republic of Latvia according to the location of the Company in accordance with local Civil Procedure Law.

The legal acts of the Republic of Latvia are applying for this agreement. All the issues that are not stipulated in those Terms and Conditions are regulated by the law of the Republic of Latvia.
